Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the pre-paid UPS shipping label provided at the end of the return request process.

  Pack Your Shoes

  Place the unworn footwear back into its original KEEN shoebox and secure it inside a sturdy shipping carton with the label attached.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized UPS location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed.
